Commanding Officer Poison Toocool - Log, Stardate 120511: Three Mak'ala, one of which is us. I don't know who the "real" one is. It's confusing for all the crew. But... being Chameloid, and empathetic, I am feeling an increase in anxiety and stress. I believe the pressure on each Captain is being transmitted to the others. I have spoken to the Doctor and advised I think it is best if I rest in my quarters. I simply don't know how this will affect my judgement, and right now we need to be sharp, react swiftly and there is no room for doubt. I can't let my people see me falter, but the safety of all relies on calm reasoned leadership. Chief Science Officer LT David7 Bravin is to handle the ship. We need to precisely calibrate weapons and fire on specific coordinates in order to enlarge the wormhole, so that our vessel and the second USS Mak'ala, connected to us by tractor beam, can enter the anomoly and presumably exit at the other end having been reduced to one ship... hopefully us? The fate of three vessels lies in his hands...

Reporting: Acting CO / Chief Science Officer USS Mak'ala (LT David7 Bravin): Without a moment to lose (due to the imminent arrival of the third USS Mak'ala), both USS Mak'alas fired torpedoes towards designated co-ordinates at the mouth of the wormhole. Science reported that the diameter of the wormhole had enlarged sufficiently for both ships to enter, which they duly did - with one using its tractor beam to drag the other. Once inside the wormhole hole, speeds increased and explosions occurred, resulting in the disappearance of the second and third Mak'alas. Eventually the one and only USS Mak'ala exited the wormhole. Just as the Mak'ala was getting its bearings, two starships appeared on the sensors. Fearing a repeat attack by alien vessels the Mak'ala went to red alert. However much to the relief of all aboard, the ships turned out to be UFS ships - the Hudson and the Marco Polo, which had been awaiting the Mak'ala's arrival to join the rest of the fleet.
