Captain Lombardria has collapsed and taken ill for unknown reason. With Lt. Kearney of the Apache crew still in isolation and the Science and Medical Departments continuing investigations of the reasons for the madness that she was inflicted with. The Medical Officer has placed the CO in Isolation as well. Though he was not a member of the original away team, his condition has prompted this action and the Medical Officer has called for the entire crew to have a complete examination. Although all Medical and Bio-hazard Protocols were in place upon the return of the Away Team,, I have ordered a complete internal scan and possible decontamination.

Captain Lombardria has collapsed and taken ill for an unknown reason. With Lt. Kearney of the Apache crew still in isolation and the Science and Medical Departments continuing investigations of the reasons for the madness that she was inflicted with. As a precaution the Medical Officer has placed the CO in Isolation as well. Though he was not a member of the original away team, his condition has prompted this action and the Medical Officer has called for the entire crew to have a complete examination. Although all Medical and Bio-hazard Protocols were in place upon the return of the Away Team, the possibility of an unknown contagion returning with them can not be ruled out.

With the ship barely holding station against the gravimetrical forces of the Wormhole, I have assumed Command and ordered a ship wide ""Isolation Protocols ,level C-one"". All turbolifts and deck isolation controls were routed to the Security Officer as the crew will need medical examinations. The ship wide scans yielded nothing out of the ordinary. Dr. Lombardia and her staff did an exemplary job of meticulously examining the crew in record time. The Dr. examined the Away-Team and the Bridge Crew personally which also yielded no contagions or anomalies. Dr. Lombardia is continuing her examination and treatments of both Lt .Kearny and Captain Lombardia.
