Most of the crew of the Sheppard is captured by aliens while the rest takes refuge in the Jefferies tubes.

Prelude

Captain's log, Stardate 100522.

The crew have managed to successfully repel and keep the boarders off my ship. We did, however, take some severe damage to our internal systems due to these pests chewing through the ODN pathways.

After nearly a week, we have managed to get most of the systems back online and in our control, so now we just have to make a concerted attempt to get clear of this darn anomaly.

Computer, end log.

Events

Provisional ship's log - Lt. JG Kaelin Odriscoll, Stardate 100522.

Our ship was entered by alien beings and most of the crew has been captured by them.

Short pause.

When we were able to penetrate the anomalies due to our shield modifications, we encountered five alien vessels who attacked us with graviton waves. We weren't able to escape and when our shields were down, we were attacked by aliens on our ship. I was the only one on the bridge who was able to remain conscious.

Sighs.

The aliens wanted us to stop the ship and surrender. Otherwise they wanted to destroy our ship. Since I saw no other option as ... acting Captain...and since I was not able to find out exactly how many crewmembers were still conscious, I had to stop the ship and surrender - for the moment. Then I ...

Is quiet since there was a short noise.

...

Starts again

After that I was at least able to beam some of the conscious people and myself to some remote parts of the ship's Jeffries tubes. We haven't been detected by the aliens and the internal sensors are still not working perfectly, so that should give us some advantage.

We somehow have to find out what happened to the other crew. And we have to ensure that they are not able to access our main computer and get our ship under control.

End log.
