Manages one of the four Cadet Companies and reports to the Cadet Company Commander

Tasks

• Welcomes new cadets into UFS
• Invites new cadets into the Company
• Offers guidance to incoming cadets
• Monitors and updates the Cadet Roster
• Sends out Termination Notices
• Verifies classes from the Roster via the Alumni Forum
• Attendance to official UFS Academy functions is mandatory!

• Introduction to United Federation Starfleet
• Protocols and Procedures
• Simulator Training - 4hrs min
• UFS Ethics
• Chain of Command
• Command Protocols I: Starship & Starbase Command
• Bridge Duty Stations

Electives

These classes must be taken within X number of days of taking the billet

• Effective Delegation
• Introduction to Leadership
• Space Sickness
