Oversees the Schools and classes placed under his college. Maintains the Dean MSR for his College

Tasks

• Finds new Course Professors when needed
• Makes sure the Course Professors send in their MSR
• Compiles the Course MSR’s into a Dean MSR
• Verifies the courses taken per month with the database
• Expands the College with new courses
• Fills in for Course Professors

Knowledge

Needs to know and understand the procedures for requesting and creating new classes, updating classes and getting instructors trained and hired for his college classes

Requirements

Experience

• Graduated from UFS Academy
• 6 month as a member of the Marine Corps
• Passed OCTS & COCTS

Qualification

• 1 year with UFSMC
• Impeccable UF Starfleet Marine Corps bearing and conduct
• Ability to organize and manage complex projects in a set time frame
• Proactive
