General

The Director of the Midshipman Program oversees all branch practicals, JSMs, workshops, and simulation training courses.

Responsibilities

• Updates information in reference to all simulation style classes. (JSM, Branch Practicals, etc)
• Works in coordination with Staff Development in training and overseeing faculty for the simulation style classes.
• Works in coordination with Curriculum Development in creation and updating simulation style classes.
• Reports directly to Superintendent

Requirements

"Qualifications"

• 6 months with UFS

"Experience"

• 3 months as an Instructor
• 2 months in CTO Instructor
• Passed OCTS

"Knowledge"

• Completely understands the information in the Simulation style classes. Can train instructors to know how to coach members to better the RP experience.
