Biography
Marc Seven did not agree with the government of his planet whose political position demands total isolation from the rest of the galaxy. He was sure that it is the time to tell Earth what Advir VII was created for and warn all the universe about many forgotten universal facts, he managed to run away from his planet and when arrived to Earth he was "captured" by Starfleet as an invader, he arrived on Earth 159 years ago, and was kept as prisoner in Jupiter labs for 50 years, due to the mysteries involving his anatomy and culture. Finally he was accepted as a Federation Citizen and applied to Starfleet, where he served in many ships, many branches and functions, proving his allegiance and humanity in numerous times, clearly recognized as a first class Starfleet Officer wherever he goes. His planet, despite what he tells to everyone is still a mystery.

He came to UFS as nominated Ambassador to the former Brasilian branch of Starfleet called São Paulo Starfleet Federation 6(+ the UFS time hiatus) years ago and performed his diplomatic work keeping peace and cooperation between both groups. For 3 years he also commanded the first temporal away post situated in the 21st Century in a hidden lunar base, when the base was decommissioned, he came back to UFS and requested a new commissioning this time in Science branch.
