Criteria
Presented to Commanding Officers, Branch-, Division-, or Department Head who have been in a leadership position for at least 5 years.
Addition of award to Service Jacket must be requested by member through the Service Jacket Update Request form after the completion of period of eligibility for verification before the granting of the award.
