Name
Starbase One is not the first Starbase in Starfleet, but she is the home of many ships of the Line spread throughout the galaxy. She is designated the Fleet Starbase, and currently the home of the Intelligence Directorate.
History
Construction of Starbase One began in 2412 with then Commodore Kermie Mistwallow in command. Following Admiral Mistwallow's retirement and a few brief interim commanding officers, Captain William Thrasher assumed command on 160703 with Lieutenant John Aries as First Officer.
Crew Manifest
Construction and Initial Assignment
A city in space, this station is billeted as one of the larger stations in the Beta Quadrant. Initial construction began in 2412, but is not scheduled to be complete until 2417. The station is being constructed in phases and is fully operational as aneeded outpost, but lacks implementation of many of the features expected of a Starbase her size.
The Intel Scryer Class USS Paladin, is permanently assigned to the station and is frequently used by the command crew for away missions.
