General Information

The Typhoon entered service shortly after the end of the Dominion War and has been described as ‘a mobile outpost and a carrier starship’. It is capable of carrying up to twenty-six Valkyries. This vessel would be best described as an escort or ‘jeep’ carrier. It is able to support small scale operations and independently if needed. There are currently 28 in service with another 22 planned.
