Awarded to starbase COs and XOs as well as Branch Commanders who are regularly active and attentive to their duty and its high standards at UFS.
Background
The William Ross Award is conveyed to starbase COs and XOs as well as Branch Commanders who are regularly active and regularly uphold the tenants of United Federation Starfleet. This award commemorates Admiral William Ross of Starbase 375, instrumental in the Dominion War.
