Description

The Internal Communications Officer is a general Officer within the Medical Administrative Division. The Internal Communications Officer is responsible for: posting division meeting notices, agendas, and meeting minutes; writing and posting medical procedures on the UFS Protocol Treatment Document.


Tasks

  • Respond to monthly roll call
  • Record 2 logs weekly on forum
  • Attend branch, division, department meetings
  • Submit PADD’s to CO on time
  • Teach 2 medical classes weekly at UFSA
  • Coordinate branch meetings with SG/VSG, post meeting notice on forum and in SL group, post request for agenda items on forum, take minutes at meetings, disseminate meeting notes to medical staff.
  • Write and publish medical procedures for the UFS Protcol Treatment document.
  • Provides accurate monthly reporting to Division Command
